1. What Sulit Suites is
Sulit Suites provides scheduling software and a personal mini-site to independent freelancers. We are not a party to any booking. The freelancer contracts directly with their client and is solely responsible for the services they offer, their prices, their tax position and their conduct.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account represents one business.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the product is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove an account that breaches it, that puts clients at risk, or where we are required to act by law.
4. Bookings, deposits and payments
Deposits and payments collected through a freelancer's mini-site belong to that freelancer, subject to any platform fee disclosed in the dashboard. Refunds, cancellations and no-show charges follow the policy that the freelancer publishes on their own mini-site.
5. Fees
Any subscription fee or transaction fee that applies to your account is shown in your dashboard before it takes effect. Payment-processor eligibility is assessed separately from account eligibility.
6. Availability of the service
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt bookings.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach, or where continuing would be unlawful. Your booking records remain available for export for a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We will give notice in the dashboard before material changes take effect.
