Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel

Privacy is a default here, not a setting. Client details are visible to the freelancer they booked with and to nobody else.

Who handles your data

For a booking, the freelancer you booked with is the controller of your details. Sulit Suites processes those details on their behalf as their software provider. For freelancer accounts, Sulit Suites is the controller.

What we collect

From clients: the name, email, optional phone number and message you enter when booking, plus the booking itself and its payment status. From freelancers: account email, business profile, availability, services and booking history. We also keep basic security and error logs.

What we do not collect

We never receive or store raw card numbers — payments are handled by the payment processor. We do not sell data, do not run advertising trackers, and do not share client lists between freelancers.

Calendar and notifications

When a freelancer connects an external calendar, only a busy block with a neutral title and the time window is sent. Client names, contact details and messages are deliberately kept out of external calendar payloads. Notification previews can be kept minimal so nothing sensitive appears before you open the message.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept while the freelancer's account is active, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Audit entries are kept to protect both sides in a dispute.

Your choices

You can ask the freelancer you booked with to correct or delete your details. Freelancers can export or delete their own account data from the dashboard. Requests we receive directly are forwarded to the relevant freelancer.
